Before you pick a plan
What counts as a scan?
One assessment of one AWS account. A fleet report over several accounts refreshes each member, so it uses one scan per account in the group.
What is an AI analysis?
The narrative layer — the executive summary, cross-finding correlation and prioritisation written on top of the raw findings. You can run a scan without it, and the scoring is identical either way: risk levels come from the checks, never from the model.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Scans stop at the limit rather than billing you for overage. If the AI quota runs out, the scan still runs and the report is produced without the narrative — never a failed scan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
Do you need write access to my AWS account?
No. The role Infrox assumes is read-only — describe and list calls only. It cannot read object contents, secret values or parameter values, and it cannot change anything.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and work out cheaper per month. The per-month figure shown on the annual toggle is the real annual price divided by twelve — not an estimate.
